To extend until January 1, 1995, the existing suspensions of duty on certain chemicals.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1994, the suspension of duty on: (1) lasamid; (2) Neville and Winter's acid; (3) chlorhexanone; (4) Broenner's acid; (5) D salt; (6) napthol AS types; (7) anis base; and (8) theobromine.
