May 13, 1991To provide for an AIDS Disability Advisory Panel to assist the Congress and the Secretary of Health and Human Services in meeting the needs of disabled individuals who are infected with HIV and are entitled to benefits under title II of XVI of the Social Security Act, and to provide for interim disability standards applicable to such individuals.
