Official

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to require the President to deny most-favored-nation treatment to the products of countries that engage in nuclear explosive device testing during any period in which the United States is: (1) observing a moratorium on such testing; or (2) party to a nuclear explosive test ban treaty.
