Vicksburg National Military Park Boundary Modification Act of 2002

Vicksburg National Military Park Boundary Modification Act of 2002 - Modifies the boundary of the Vicksburg National Military Park, Mississippi, to include the property known as Pemberton's Headquarters. Authorizes the Secretary to acquire that property and at least one adjacent acre to provide parking and other operational facilities, with the owner's consent. Authorizes appropriations.
