Deschutes River Conservancy Reauthorization Act of 2005

(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Deschutes River Conservancy Reauthorization Act of 2005 - Amends the Oregon Resource Conservation Act of 1996 to: (1) replace references to the Deschutes River Basin Working Group with the Deschutes River Conservancy Working Group; (2) redefine "quorum" to mean eight of those qualified Working Group members appointed and eligible to serve; and (3) reauthorize appropriations at a level of $2 million for each fiscal year through FY2015.
