Official

International and Domestic Product Safety Act - Establishes in the Department of Commerce an Office of International and Domestic Product Safety to oversee and coordinate international and domestic consumer product safety responsibilities in a way that protects the health and safety of U.S. consumers and ensures that consumers and businesses have access to consumer product safety information. Establishes a Product Safety Coordinating Council to assist the Office's director.
