Emergency Relief for State, Territorial and Local Governments Act of 2020 This bill requires the Federal Reserve Board to purchase municipal bonds issued in response to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) emergency and otherwise modifies the terms under which the board may generally purchase municipal bonds.
