RESOURCES Act

Re-open Enrollment for Servicemembers to Opt-in to Updated Retirement Choice for Enduring Security Act of 2020 or the RESOURCES Act This bill expands financial literacy training under the Financial Literacy Training Program for members of the Armed Forces. Specifically, the bill (1) establishes an Advisory Council on Financial Readiness, (2) modifies requirements for certain retirement pay to members, and (3) requires a plan for improving the access of members to information about the Thrift Savings Plan.
