States Choose Life Act of 2023 This bill prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services from requiring recipients of Title X Family Planning Grants to provide (1) referrals for pregnancy termination, or (2) information or counseling on options for pregnancy termination that are unlawful in the state where the family planning services are offered.
